With over 39 years of experience in the UK and international education sector, Vinod Siyani has led impactful learning initiatives across India, Sri Lanka, Southeast Asia, and Africa. His vision is centred on making education more practical, future-focused and accessible, helping learners develop the confidence, communication skills and global exposure needed to succeed. He is also the driving force behind EMG's Communicative English Programme and the Elevate learning ecosystem.

Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Dane Reeves brings extensive experience in education, organisational leadership and skills development. As COO of EducateMe Group, he plays a key role in translating EMG's vision into scalable programmes that connect learning with real-world employability. His work focuses on strengthening English communication and creating learning opportunities that equip students with the skills and confidence to progress academically, professionally and personally. He has also been recognised for his contribution to transforming English education and improving employability outcomes in India.
